WOW! is all I can say about the food served at the Falcon. I have to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect with the Indian/Italian menu concept, but don't let that put you off - it's not a fusion so much as 2 separate menus, and you can order from one or both. We ate from the Indian menu, both the tapas and full meal sections and everything served was truly delicious! This is not your typical take-out Indian food, it's elevated and refined, and bursting with flavor. The service was first class; the wait staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot believe we had never been here before - but we will go back for sure! I think this is the best kept secret in Hudson - but it shouldn't be! Highly recommended.

The best brunch I have ever had. It has a indian fusion taste and the plate presentation was amazing. The pineapple waffles were spectacular!

One of the best meals we've had out all year. All of the Indian tapas we tried were absolutely delicious, and sitting out on the terrace watching the sun set with a cold drink was a wonderful end to the day. Service was great, food arrived quickly, and prices were very reasonable for the amazing quality food we recieved.

Perfect setting for a winter night. Our waiter provided us with some great food suggestions and was super friendly. Enjoyed our Indian appetizers and 2 unique pizzas for our main course. Fun night for our group. Definitely would go back.

The food was absolutely incredible,every dish was filled with an explosion of flavours that made the whole experience unforgettable. Also not to mention the food presentationThe atmosphere was so beautiful, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. Food was good, service could have been better, I assume they were busy as it seemed two different private events were taking place. $9 for a non-alcoholic beer sounds steep considering with alcohol costs just as much. Regardless the pizza was delicious and the Indian food was well spiced and tasty. Will be returning for sure.
